On 5 and 6 October, the Life4OakForests workshop involving forestry students from the Universities of Bologna and Florence was held. The event took place at the Life project areas of Carnè-Rontana and Riva di San Biagio.
The students took part in both the ‘Leaves on the Roof’ forum and the two excursions organised with the Park’s guides and the Life4OaForests coordinating technician in the project areas.
In the area of the Life Carnè-Rontana project, the Life4OaForests Nature Trail was walked, while in Riva di San Biagio they went to see the conservation forest management interventions in the project’s privately owned areas.

The students showed participation and great interest in the Life4OakForests project!
